On Jan 20, 2015, SPEA held the 2014 annual commendation meeting in room 302 in phoenix building. The meeting was host by SPEA Secretary Shen Hui and more than 100 faculty attended the meeting. In the meeting, 6 leaders gave 2014 work reports respectively. In the year of 2014, SPEA gained remarkable achievements in many aspects and formed outline of “one body and two wings”. In academic research, SPEA has received several official commendation by municipal government and the teachers have been invited for media interviews and TV talks many times, bring good social influence. SPEA sticks on taking education above everything and putting ideological education as priority, making the general employment rate of 2014 graduates 97.28%.
The leaders also made plan for future development, and wished to gain new success in the next year. Then, SPEA issued Dean’s awards to the outstanding person and team, including Huang Tianhua, Yang Danfang, Gao Xiaohui, Zheng Chunrong, Tang Min, Huhe Narisong, Dong Benwei, and NASPAA international Certification Team.
At the end, President of Staff Union gave a summary of Staff Union’s working achievements, and extended her thanks to the active teachers, wishing everyone health and happy. 
The meeting ended in a joyful atmosphere. Achievement only represents the past. Let’s get ready for a further sailing.
