A Delegation Headed by President Hu Guojun from Shanghai Institute of Geological Survey(Institute of National Land Resources Survey) Visits SPEA

On the afternoon of March 24, Shanghai Institute of Geological Survey(Institute of National Land Resources Survey) President and deputy Secretary Hu Guojun, deputy general engineer and director of Institute of Soil and Water Conservation Wang Hanmei, deputy director of Institute of Planning Gao Wei, director of Institute of Land Resources Economic Research Dai Bing, director of Institute of Land Price Zhang Wei, director of Institute of Land Cadastre Liao Yuanqin visited our school, and had in-depth communication with teachers from investment department and Institute of Resources and Environment Policies and Management on theories and practices of Shanghai Land Resources Management.

Dean Yu Wei made welcome speech, introduced details of our school, and extended our wish of further cooperation with full use of mutual complementary advantages. President Hu Guojun expressed thanks for our warm welcome and active preparation, and briefed their current situation in Institute of Geological Survey. Then the directors shared their own business and recent researches. Deputy dean Fang Fang presided the meeting. Department head Liu Wei introduced the general situation of investment department, asset evaluation discipline, and asset evaluation center. Prof. Wang Keqiang introduced the situation of Land Resources Management Discipline and Institute of Resources and Environment Policies and Management, while Prof. Chen Jie introduced the situation of real estate discipline and real estate research institute. Zhang Xuewen, Ye Fang and some other teachers were involved in the discussion. The two parties discussed the mutual concerned issues as academic research and talent training. Leaders of Shanghai Institute of Geological Survey spoke highly of our achievements in discipline construction, academic research, and serving local economy. Our teachers also showed great interests in the researches and businesses of Shanghai Institute of Geological Survey. Both parties agreed to promote further cooperation and seek common development.
