On Sept. 18-20, the National Social Security Teaching Workshop was held solemnly in Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The workshop was host by China Association of Social Security and organized by HUST Social Department. Deputy Director of Higher Education Department of Ministry of Education Zhang Ailong, Vice President of HUST Duan Xianzhong presented the workshop and gave speeches, while Chairman of China Association of Social Security Zheng Gongcheng, Vice Chairman Cong Shuhai, Tong Xing, He Wenjiong, Ling Yi attended the meeting. More than 100 professors, scholars, and educators from 98 universities and research institutes attended the meeting.
Our SHUFE Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of China Association of Social Security Prof. Cong Shuhai presented the opening ceremony and gave a keynote speech on Talking about Social Security Teaching Reform from research trend. The many ideas and arguments present a new appearance to the attended scholars. Our Social Security Research Center Prof. Yang Cuiying, Ph.D Student Jin Hao, and Master Student Wu Yixin attended the meeting. Prof. Yang Cuiying took reviewing work on elderly care service sub-forum, attended teaching committee work meeting of China Association of Social Security and was honored First Teaching Committee Member, attended the founding meeting of Social Development and Social Security Committee of Chinese Sociological Association and was honored Committee Member. Ph.D Student Jin Hao gave a report on endowment insurance sub-forum talking about Research on influencing factors of Shanghai Postpone retiring: Analysis based on relations between endowment insurance level and employment.
This workshop further discussed social security discipline development, teaching system, and some hot topics, and achieved fruitful results.
