On the afternoon of Nov 14, the 2015 Shanghai Urban Development Innovation Forum, jointly organized by Shanghai Economist Association, Shanghai Marco Economic Society, Shanghai Urban Planning Society, Shanghai Fixed Asset Investment and Construction Research Association, Shanghai Municipal Highway Trade Association, and Shanghai Construction Consultants Trade Association, held solemnly in third floor banquet hall in Shanghai Exhibition Center. The meeting arranged one keynote speech and four exchange speeches, and our SPEA teacher Fang Fang gave exchange speech on behalf of Shanghai Fixed Asset Investment and Construction Research Association. Her speech is on Risk and Coping Strategy Discuss on Shanghai Municipal Government Participating PPP Program during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period, and received wide applause from the organizers and attendees. Our SPEA teacher Ye Fang, Ma Zuqi were also invited to present the forum.
