On the afternoon of March 5, SUFE Alumni Forum----Gathered in 2016, Investment and Real Estate Forum, hosted by SPEA, was successfully held in First Floor Lecture Hall of Entrepreneurship Training Center in Wuchuan Campus. SUFE Vice President Professor Yao Lingzhen, SUFE C&D department Director Chen Hongmei presented the forum. President of Shanghai Finance Institute Professor Wang Hongwei, our 81 alumni, VP and Chief Economist of Haitong Security Mr. Li Xunlei, our 87 alumni, VP, Executive Director and finance Director of Fosun Mr. Ding Guoqi attended the forum and gave keynote speeches. Then, Academic Circle representatives Professor Yao Lingzhen, Professor Wang Hongwei, Business circles representatives Mr. Li Xunlei, Mr. Ding Guoqi, our 93 alumni, Chief Market Analyst of Guotai Junan Security Mr. Lin Longpeng, and our 96 alumni, General Manager of Sunnyworld Group Mr. Lu Jian, have had a talk on Investment, Financing and Real Estate. And they also communicated with other alumni, teachers and students. The forum was presided by SPEA vice Dean Fang Fang.
As the initiator, Vice President Yao Lingzhen delivered ebullient speech, showed warm welcome to presented guests and alumni, extended heartfelt thanks to their attention and support on SUFE and especially on the development of Investment and real estate. She introduced our alumni works in recent years, recalled the developing history of the discipline positioning from Infrastructural Finance and Credit, to Investment Economy Management, Engineering Management, Project Management, and finally today's Investment, Real Estate Development and Management, encouraged alumni to promote suggestions on school development and took part in school's discipline construction and talent training.
In the keynote speeches section, Professor Wang Hongwei shared on Current Status and Future Outlook on Real Estate. Professor Wang Hongwei is Shanghai Municipal Government Distinguished Consultation Expert and has long term research on Real Estate theories and practices. With numerous cases and accurate data, he analysed the current status and troubles and demonstrated his outlook to this industry. Then, alumni Li Xunlei shared on Outlook on Economy and Capital Market in 2016. With various comparison and analysis, he expressed his unique insights on our nation's capital market development. At last, alumni Ding Guoqi, started from the real estate policies, shared on Interpretation on Real Estate Market Policies and Analysis on Market development. He introduced Fosun's real estate strategy and his gaining on wealth management. Three Guests shared on different perspectives and the audiences learnt a lot.
After a short break, here came the Investment, Financing and Real Estate round table talk. The guests talked on House Pricing Issue, Macro Industry Policy issue, Business Real Estate Development Issue, Investment Strategy and Tools Issue and finance students' career plan and development issue. They fully shared opinions and won lots of applause.
Alumni agreed that it was a high-value alumni forum with rich contents and real opinions. It's really worth it. And some alumni felt quite pity for not presenting the forum.
As the first professional forum under the great support of SUFE C&D Dept. and the establishment of SPEA Alumni Association, it attracted hundreds of alumni and won high praise. SPEA Alumni Association would, insist on the concept of Serve Alumni, Condense Alumni, establish platform for alumni's exchange and cooperation, and build up win-win atmosphere among alumni.
