On March 22, 2016, SPEA External Tutor Issuing Ceremony and “Chunhui Forum” Trustee Zhang Guohua Special Report held in phoenix building in Wuchuan Campus. SUFE Trustee and Chairman of Zhejiang Xingli Group Mr. Zhang Guohua is honored external Tutor of SPEA and he brought us a splendid speech on Start Your Dream.
Before the ceremony, SUFE Deputy President Fang Hua, C&D Director Chen Hongmei, SPEA Dean Yu Wei, Deputy Dean Fang Fang had a sincere talk with trustee Zhang Guohua. President Fang, on behalf of SUFE Leaders, showed her warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to Zhang Guohua. They talked on school development status and private enterprise development path.
In the ceremony, SPEA deputy dean Fang Fang introduced Zhang Guohua and gave warm speech. Dean Yu Wei issued external tutor certificate and more than one hundred students listened to Zhang’s splendid lecture.
Zhang Guohua shared his gaining from his entrepreneurship experience, challenges and choices, and responsibilities. He found his first job in 1991, devoted in his start-up in 2001 and gained 2 million fund, brought his company to a fast development in 2007, and transferred in 2015 entering equipment manufacturing industry. He introduced his unique management method from vital decisions, corporate culture and entrepreneur spirit, talent gaining and training, flexibility and standardizing.He pointed out that entrepreneur is living for enterprise. Entrepreneur should have vision and mind, aiming at long term development and daring to shoulder social responsibility. We should make systematic principle and resolutely implement it. We should lay emphasis on internal talent training instead of external introducing. We should lay emphasis on gratitude, dream, courage, and sense of crisis. He also shared his success tips that to learn, to take responsibility, to insist on innovation, and to show your courage. At last, he shared a self-wrote poem to encourage presented students.
Zhang’s splendid lecture arouse great response. They have had brilliant co-active on such questions as how to get start-up fund, how to insist on during some harsh period.Our student representative sent a caricature and the lecture ended in warm applause.
