On the morning of April 28, 2016, UC Riverside Public Policy School Dean Anil B. Deolalikar visited SUFE SPEA and talked with vice dean Liu Xiaobing and vice secretary Fang Hui.
Professor Anil B. Deolalikar obtained Doctor degree in applied economics from Stanford University, now takes UC Riverside Public Policy School Dean and Humanities, Science & Technology School vice dean, and his major research area is in public policy.
University of California has world famous high education system and ranked top in the US and the whole world. UC Riverside is founded in 1954, one of the ten branches of UC system and the fastest development branch, and ranked 112 in all the American Universities. It has more than 21,000 current students and 6.5% international students. The UC Riverside has 101 undergraduate majors, 52 graduate majors, and 42 doctor majors.
Vice dean Liu Xiaobing introduced to Professor Deolalikar our faculty, students, teaching, research, international certification. They talked on the relation and difference between SUFE MPA and UC Riverside MPP programs, and they would seek further cooperation.
Professor Deolalikar extended his gratitude on our warm welcome. He spoke highly of SUFE’s development and invited our teachers to visit UC Riverside.
This meeting would promote our strategy partnership and enhance the cooperation in high education system. We are seeking multiple cooperation including students exchange, teachers exchange, and research cooperation.
