On Oct. 21 to 23, 2016, the 10 th China Real Estate Academic Seminar and the 2016 China Higher Education Real Estate Scholars Association Annual Meeting, host by China Higher Education Real Estate Scholars Association and China Real Estate Appraisers and Real Estate Brokers Association, undertook by Beijing Architecture University, was successfully held.
China Real Estate Academic Seminar and the 2016 China Higher Education Real Estate Scholars Association Annual Meeting, being the largest and highest academic meeting in China Higher Education Real Estate Area, has been held for 10 years. SUFE is one of the initiating organizations of China Higher Education Real Estate Scholars Association and many of our professors take the director role. In this year’s meeting, our SPEA achieved excellent result. A Study on the Settlement Desire and Its Influencing Mechanism of Cenozoic Migrant Workers in the Third and Fourth Line Cities by 2016 Real Estate Economics Ph.D Student Wang Wei and The Effect of Housing Capitalization on Local Education Level: Evidence from Jiangsu Province by 2016 Real Estate Economics Ph.D Student Chen Zhuo won the first prize of best paper. Research on Evaluation of Economic Benefit of Regulatory Detailed Planning by Investment Lecture Ye Fang won the second prize; Research on the Mode of Joint Development of Metro and Property in Shanghai by Associate Professor Mu Zuqi won third.
SPEA’s excellent achievement shows our great advantage in Real Estate Discipline in domestic universities.
