During Oct. 22 to Nov. 6, SPEA teacher Li Huiping visited Florida International University and University of Minnesota and attended American Public Policy and Administration Meeting. Through this visiting, we exchanged MPA Program NASPPA Certificating experience, promoted cooperation with FIU and UMN in public administration disciplines, reported her new paper in APPAM, and conducted the interview of permanent teachers recruitment.
During Oct.22 to Oct. 25, she visited FIU, met with Deputy Academic Director Meredith Newman, International and Public Affairs School Dean John F. Stack, Public Administration Dept. Director Howard Frank, MPA Dean Mohamad G. Alkadry, PhD Program Dean Sukumar Ganapati and Bachelor Program Dean Agatha S. Caraballo, exchanged NASPPA Certificating experience, discussed cooperation issues in public administration disciplines, and decided to sign cooperation memo.
During Oct. 26 to Nov. 1, she visited UMN, met with Humphrey School of Public Affairs Deputy Dean, exchanged NASPPA Certificating experience, carried out cooperation issues including excellent students early admission and MPA students practice, discussed with visiting professor Zhao Zhirong and confirmed permanent teachers interview list.
During Nov. 2 to Nov. 6, she reported the paper Inter-Jurisdictional Competition and Redistributive Expenditure Across Chinese County-Level Governments cooperated with Zhang Ping and Zheng Chunrong, and conducted interviews.
