Our SPEA teacher Liu Shougang visited Rutgers University, started from the beginning of 2016 and returned at the beginning of 2017 as planned.
During his one-year’s visit in School of Public Affairs and Administration of Rutgers University, his important activities and gaining include:
1 Initially completed National Social Science Foundation Project Study on the Fiscal Problems in the Development of Western Countries
2 Attended courses as Western Civilization
3 Collected and organized numerous works on Fiscal Thoughts and Fiscal System, through the rich resources especially the convenient intercollegiate cooperation system of Rutgers University
4 Visited Professor Lv Xiaobo of Columbia University regularly, and reached many scholars through internet, especially the famous British Historian Professor Bonnie
5 Attended at least 15 lectures and dissertation defense activities in Rutgers University
