On the afternoon of March 2, 2017, Shanghai Academy of Real Estate Science Dean Chen Yang, Party Secretary Wang Jinqiang, Deputy Dean Yan Rong visited SPEA to discuss the cooperation on Scientific Research, Policy Consulting, Talent Training in the area of Urban Construction, Urban Administration and Real Estate Policies. SPEA Deputy Dean Professor Fu Wenling, Investment Department Director Professor Chen Jie received the guests in Room 502, and Associate Professor Ma Zuqi, Dr. Zong Qingqing, Dr. Ye Fang, Dr. Deng Xiaoying attended the discuss.
Shanghai Academy of Real Estate Science(SARES), founded in 1975 and affiliated with Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, is the first and only institute covering Economic Management and Housing Engineering Technique. In 2011, it became support unit for Building Maintenance and Real Estate Standardization Technical Commission of MOHURD. In 2012, it took the role of Shanghai Residential Renovation Project Quality Inspection Center. Shanghai Academy of Real Estate Science(SARES) has a strong technical team with more than 100 members, and 60% of which have senior professional title.
On the discuss, Deputy Dean Professor Fu Wenling first extended our warm welcome and gratitude to the guests, and then, introduced SPEA current status on curricular construction and talent training. Investment Department Director Professor Chen Jie introduced investment Dept.’s effort on curricular construction, scientific research, and talent training. Then, SARES leaders introduced their background, and new reform and exploration, especially after the visit of Party Secretary Han Zheng. The SARES leaders promoted cooperation proposals on scientific research, talent training, and system construction, and invited SPEA teachers to establish workshop, take visiting researcher role, supervise graduates. SARES leaders also showed their interest in SUFE talents and warm welcomed SPEA graduates. Fu Wenling said we would considered these requests and proposals.
After heated discussion, both sides deepened mutual understanding and trust, clarified cooperation space and settled further cooperation channel and mechanism. The discussion ended as a big success.
