On the afternoon of May 2, the SPEA Employment Instruction Lecture-- Magnifying Glass of Corporate Employment was held in room 302 of Phoenix Building. The lecture was host by SPEA Deputy Dean Yang Cuiying, while the speaker was Ms. Tang Zhengyan, HRD of Shanghai Weijia Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd, which is one of SPEA External Practice Bases. Shanghai Weijia Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd Training Specialists Yu Beicheng, Huang Sixie, and Li Wenjuan fully participated the communication, and SPEA Assistant to Dean Zhang Yi attended the lecture together with some students.

After a brief and heated introduction, Ms. Tang Zhengyan, combined her learning experience and working cases, made a splendid speech.

She stressed on resume writing and group interview skills, reminded students to avoid Interview Minefield and display the best of themselves. The fourth is to complete career transformation. She encouraged students to set strict demands, bravely take responsibilities, and make wonderful life with reliable work and sustainable effort.
Ms. Tang Zhengyan and her team also made vivid case sharing and career instruction on topics like personal interest and career selection, and working time planning. Their splendid reports won numerous applauds.
