On Sept. 18, 2017, Southwest University Political and Public Administration School Dean Wu Jiang, Dean Assistant Wang Bin visited SPEA. SPEA Dean Liu Xiaobing, Deputy Dean Wang Feng, Yang Cuiying, attended the meeting. Both parties communicated and exchanged on how to build public administration level one discipline, and how to improve talent training quality.
Dean Wu Jiang introduced their general status, and expressed the wish to learn from SPEA on discipline construction, talent training, and MPA education.
SPEA Dean Liu Xiaobing introduced our general status, discipline layout, specialty construction, faculty structure, and highlighted our international features including recruit tenure track dean, introduce overseas faculty, publish high quality academic achievement, and apply for MPA International Certification. He also answered the queries from Dean Wu Jiang one by one.
Dean Wu Jiang then visited our teaching building and MPA Educational Center, thanked SPEA leaders’ experience sharing on discipline and specialty construction, wished to have more opportunities to learn from SPEA to promote the development of their school.
