For the Subjects Group, the 2009 year Thousand-Village Survey Project Result Study on Rural Area Medicare Security leaded by Executive Deputy Director of SPEA Professor Yu Wei won the award, while for the essays group, our SPEA oversea returnee Associate Professor Wang Feng’s Essay China’s Renewable Energy Policy: Commitments and Challenges won the award.
