Real Estate operation and management (Chinese-foreign cooperation program)
1. Objectives of the program:
After study in the program, students should:
1) Have solid knowledge of the theories of real estate economics and real estate operation and management.
2) Familiar with domestic and international laws and regulations in real estate operation and management, real estate finance, real estate investment, real estate planning, and assets evaluation.
Graduates from the program are capable of working in fields of project assessment, feasibility analysis, and consultant agency in the real estate sector, or of works in domestic and international enterprises and institutions such as real estate administrative authorities, real estate development and management companies, banks, investment consultants companies, accounting firms, real estate appraiser offices, assets appraisal firms etc.

Real estate finance, real estate economics, real estate investment analysis, real estate operation and management, real estate appraisal, real estate marketing, project evaluation and feasibility study, project cost estimation, mortgage market, urban planning etc.
