1. Objectives of the program:
Students in this postgraduate program should have solid knowledge of theories and skills in Social medical and health care service, and also expertise knowledge of relevant disciplines such as economics, sociology and computer applications. Students should be innovative, practical and highly adaptable. The specialty focus mainly on the management of health care services in China, and aims at fostering talents with administrative and policy-designing skills for solving problems for the country’s health care services section through using foreign advanced theories and technical analysis of healthcare economics and related management strategies.

Compulsory courses: health economics, economics evaluation methods of health care service, health policy and administration, health care insurance – theories and management, cost management of medical institutions, and the science of hospital management.
