1. Objectives of the program:
Students in this postgraduate program should have comprehensive and solid knowledge of theories in land economics, land resources management and skills in land-use planning, and also expertise knowledge of relevant disciplines such as systems science, economics, and mathematics. Students should be innovative, practical and highly adaptable. The specialty has two research fields: land economics management and study of land-use administration. Land Economics and Management aims at fostering talented human resources familiar with land policies and laws and with the application of advanced land economics theory to manage land resources and land-use planning. The study of land-use management aims at fostering talents for cadastral management and real estate assessment through applications of theories in advanced land economics and land resources management.
