Motivation:
1. Testing the our own integrated agricultural development evaluating system by pilot projects
2. Getting the performance and result of agricultural comprehensive development through data analysis of each indicators
3. from the perspective of improving the utilization efficiency of financial funds，making suggestion on completing management system of agricultural comprehensive development
Our evaluation object is based on land management project and industrialized agricultural project in 2006 crosses ten countries in five provinces nation widely. Due to the performance agricultural comprehensive development is the actual result, we tried to evaluating agricultural integrated projects in 2006, in order to get the actual performance, data collection process is from one year later in 2007
Evaluation Result: through analyzing data from ten countries in five provinces nation widely, we get the performance of as well as existing issues of agricultural integrated expenditure on increasing farmers' income, the project achieved the three presetting goal, which is performance evaluation indicator and data acquisition indicators met with the performance evaluating system; reflecting the effect of agricultural integrated expenditure on direct and indirect benefit to farmers by performance evaluation indicator set; offering authentic proof for policy making. Received positive feedback from experts on agricultural comprehensive from different provinces.
