Here comes another graduation season. On the evening of June 20, SPEA successfully held the 2017 graduate party “Flame flower blossoms and Future bursts forth”. Nearly 360 people, including the leaders of SUFE Students Department, SUFE Career Center, Youth League committee, SPEA party and executive department, SPEA Alumni Association, and the representatives of teachers and 2017 graduates, attended the party.
The theme of this party is “1317, be together a lifetime”, implies that the youth will enshrined in memory forever. From 4 p.m., well-dressed graduates can’t wait to reach the hall, sign their names and take photos, recording the feelings of blooming youth.
Presented teachers and alumni extended their best wishes to the graduates. At the beginning of the party, our learned and refined Dean Liu Xiaobing made speech for the party. Dean Xiaobing started from traditional filial piety, promoting his earnest expectation of responsibility, and ended with SPEA discipline characters, wishing graduates could in-heritage public awareness and social responsibility, and find self value in future struggle. SUFE Employment Instruction Center Director Chu Hua took three cases to demonstrate the importance of perseverance. Well-known Alumnus and Orient Securities VP Mr. Yang Yucheng shared his own experience, and encouraged SPEAers to insist on SUFEer’s nature, insist on young’s dream, and insist on socialman’s pursue. SPEA public finance PhD graduate Jia Tingyue, represented all the SPEA graduates, made a speech and spoke out all the graduates’ innermost feelings which strike a chord.
The graduation season is also the harvest time. The host announced the results of Most Influential Teacher and the 2017 SPEA Outstanding Graduate which flooded the screen in wechat Moments. Teachers’ words and deeds and rich knowledge educated the young students, and students also made efforts to return the love. The final results of the voting are as below. Zhu Weiqun is honored Fruitful Achievements Award; Cao Jianyuan is honored Dedicated education Award; Zhang Yi is honored Rich Knowledge Talent Award; Yang Cuiying is honored Universal Praise Award; Fu Chun and Jia Cheng are honored Humorous Class Award; Wang Fulu and Wang Bin are honored Caring and dedication Award. The harmonious atmosphere with teachers and students gathering together filled the junction blossoming with Delonix regia flowers.
Looking back on the study road, we should be thankful to teachers’ love. Graduate representatives Zheng Junhao, Xu Yijia gave a tree of gratitude to the School as graduate gift, and party secretary Fang Fang received the gift on behalf of school. It takes ten years to grow trees, but a hundred to rear people. On the time of SUFE’s centenary anniversary, this gift represents students’ gratitude and wishes to SPEA and SUFE. Sincere men need not speak much and their virtue are highly recognized. The tree of gratitude will surely bloom a beautiful future beside phoenix building.
As the protagonists of the party, graduates gave full play of their strong points. The energetic and skilled SUFE JUMP fancy rope skipping performance brought by Han Yunbin opened the curtain of the party; the singing and dancing string The Way We Were brought by graduate students was also loved by lots of audiences; the theme song of Plants vs. Zombies by Orchestra graduates added mystery to the party; The brightest star in the night sky by Mo Chong pushed the party to climax. In the end, counselors led students sing the junction blossoming with Delonix regia flowers. The familiar melody mixed with memories and expectations, and the party ended reluctantly.
It’s time for SUFE’s centenary anniversary, and it’s the junction which blossomed with Delonix regia flowers. In this special moment, SPEA successfully held the 5 th graduate ceremony party “Flame flower blossoms and Future bursts forth”. In the junction blossoming with Delonix regia flowers, the graduates began their career, and their passion and pursue will finally bring them to a bright future.
