On April 6, 2017, the Finals of Jinyi Campus Drama Contest, whose theme was KuangShi Soul, was held as scheduled with the expectation of all teachers and students.
For the past month, all the SPEA Jinyi workers tried their best to discuss and modify the script, and worked very hard on rehearsals many times. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of SUFE’s establishment, they showed their understanding of kuangShi Soul to audience, and sent it as a gift to SUFE. After the short happiness about entering the finals, actors and staff went on indulging themselves in the rehearsals and preparations with great passion, in order to display their best on the finals stage.
At 6:00 P.M., April 6, the Jinyi Finals officially began in training center. When the actors were waiting for playing, they still kept practicing and adjusting themselves to the best state to finish the show perfectly on the stage. During the show, the actors in our drama crash were confident, calm and had great acting skills. They reflected students’ exploration and different understanding of KuangShi Soul in different times perfectly. Just as the name, they crashed the thought sparkle on KuangShi Soul, and crashed the students’ understanding, exploration and practice in SUFE for KuangShi Soul, which was a great gift for 100-year-old SUFE.
Finally, the actors got the comment from the drama director and professional actors of Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center, and the short drama Crash from School of Public Economics and Administration won the third prize in the Jinyi Cup.
Everyone belonging to School of Public Economics and Administration was full of joy and excitement in their hearts. The contest result is no matter of rank, but a kind of cheer and glory after all the people’s joint efforts. This stage, tonight, belongs to them!
Thanks to the actors Jiang Hongtu, Lu Zihao, Song Chaofan, Jiang Jiamin, He Ziwen, Zhu Yusong and Chen Cheng, to the screenwriters Chen Xi and Wang Ruiqi, and to the SPEA teachers and Student Union. More importantly, we should show our thanks to directors Da He and Xiao He, because they are the soul of the drama and played the important roles in presenting the show perfectly on the stage. Without the two directors, the Crash wouldn’t have been such excellent.
We should be virtuous and learned and to serve the society. Next year, we will come back to participate again in Jinyi Cup and we believe that SPEAers will be more excellent!
