In the Appraisal Meeting of Student work held on Jan 12, 2017, our school won the “Advanced Employment Award” and counselor Wang Fulu won the honorary title of “Outstanding Counselor”.


Our school attaches great importance to the student employment, establishes all-round and multilevel employment system and actively takes comprehensive measures to promote 2016 graduates’ employment:
1. Strengthening team building and further enhancing working mechanism. The party and political leaders in our school attach great importance to student employment. Student working team effectively enhances the sense of responsibility and urgency of employment, and continuously improves the professional level and ability of employment guidance. Teachers and students work together to support student employment, and makes it possible for the employment resources of school, teachers, alumni etc. to be integrated.
2. Adhering to positive leadership and further guiding graduates to work in grassroots unit. Our school actively organizes graduates to learn and understand the spirit of the general secretary Xi Jinping’s speech series, guiding them to be studious, ethical, discerning and honest from now on and from their own start and to work in the west, the grassroots level and the most needed places in motherland. Zhu Yilin, Ding Haidan and other two 2015 graduate students gloriously participated in the graduate student voluntary teaching group, supporting the education in Yindao School in Daozhen County, Yunnan province for a year from July 2015 to July 2016, earning widely appraisal from the local government, teachers and students. Student Zhu Yilin won the 2016 "China Telecom Scholarship· Fly Young Award" and the honorary title of "Advanced individual practicing the socialist core values". Xu Li, Li Xinyan and other two 2017 graduates will also support education in the west in July 2017.
3. Enhancing cultivation through practice and further improve students’ innovation and entrepreneurship. Our school actively organizes students to participate in various types of innovation and entrepreneurship education and activities, enhances cultivation through practice, so as to further improve students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.
4. Organizing all-round, multilevel, multi-group employment guidance activities, so as to achieve full guidance on employment. From April to June of 2016, our school has organized eight career counseling sessions including three career counseling sessions, a career counseling workshop and four career salons, and has invited the teachers from SUFE employment guidance center, heads of employers' human resources department and alumni of various industries. These counseling sessions help students all-roundly in career planning and job hunting, which have achieved good results. On the eighth career planning month, our school won the “Outstanding Organization Award” and counselor Zhang Xu won the "Outstanding Individual Award".
5. Gathering a variety of resources and further expanding the employment channels for graduates. Our school regularly visits the employers to promote the building of internship bases and to create internship programs, which gives full play to teachers and alumni to promote graduates employment.


By the end of 2016, the employment rates of 2016 graduates, masters and PhDs in our school are 90.91%, 100%, and 100% respectively.
