The 2014 MT Class 2 and 2015 Masters,
Your Dissertation Defense would be arranged at the mid-to-late May, please submit your final dissertation and related material by May 3, or your dissertation defense would be postpone to next semester. Your final dissertation should be reviewed and permitted to defense by your supervisor. (with supervisor’s signature in S3 Master Degree Application and Approval Table)

Log in the Teaching Management System, fill in the blanks of Dissertation Proposal, Dissertation Review, Dissertation Defense, and Degree Application, submit your e-version dissertation, check all the information, and print relevant tables.
Time: 8:30-11:30, 13:30-16:00, before May 3, Weekends and Holidays excepted
Location Room 105, Phoenix building, Wuchuan Campus
Arrangement
1 Only those who have complete all the courses required, passed pre-audit, and passed double-blind inspection if participated, are qualified to apply for this defense.
2 Those Dissertation whose repeating rate surpasses 15% are not qualified.
3 Students who participated this defense should use PPT in 5-10 minutes, and the Q&A would be conducted immediately after the report.
4 Detailed arrangement would be announced later.
Others
1 Each student(international students excepted) could claim reimbursement of 880, please submit 500 invoice of copy fee or print fee with signature on the back.
2 Submit 4 copies of revised version dissertations to room 105 within one week.
