School of Public Economics and Administration of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics established in September 2001 on the basis of original Departments of Finance, Investment and Social Security, and other Public Economics or Public Administration related Departments. School owns 10 undergraduate Disciplines, 15 Master Points(including 3 Professional Master’s Degree Points), 7 Doctoral Points, 1 post-doctor mobile station. There are 1662 students, including 981 undergraduate (including 802 normal students and 179 exchange students), 560 Master students (including 132 academic masters, 316 MPA students, 62 MT students, 50 MV students), and 121 doctor students.
In Oct. 2016, to integrate academic resource on Health Economics, Social Security, Social Medicine and Health Management, to promote reform, innovation, and development of China’s health and social security career, and supported by Ministry of Finance, National Health and Family Planning Commission, and some Central and Local government departments, SPEA and related institutions established the National Institute for Health Development of China.
The National Institute for Health Development of China, SUFE, is headquartered in SUFE Shanghai, and will set up offices or research bases in major cities of the world. Its major task is, relying on the subjects of Health Economics, Health Public Finance, People Theory, Medicine Insurance, Social Security, Policy Evaluation, Project Management, and Health Policy, through joint training system of Masters, Doctors and post-doctors, aiming at exploring collaborative innovation path to solve the social challenge of aging population, the medical and health system reform, and the taxation system reform, training senior talent to serve national economy, social policy and health career, completing related projects research to serve government policy design, and it tries to publish research achievements in high level international Journals and become leading institute in health economics, health management, and social security areas.

3. Requirements:
For Associate Professors: have a PhD degree or above; no more than 45 years old; with good academic performance capability and potential for further academic development.
For Assistant Professors and Lecturers: have a PhD degree or above; no more than 35 years old; with good academic training and research ability.
4. Compensation and benefits:
