Students who passed blind inspection should prepare below listed material and apply for the formal defense in the system. Material should be sent to Mr. Dong in room 105 before September 21 and formal defense would be arranged at September 30. Detailed defense arrangement would be announced later.
Students who meet the requirements of scientific research should apply for degree in the Graduate and Degree column in teaching management system and register scientific research achievement. Original and copies should be submit to Mr. Dong before September 21.

Each Student could claim for 2500 reimbursement if he submit 1500 invoice of copy fee or print fee. Reversed version should be submit to room 105 within one week.
Please make sure all the procedures in Circular table is well-handled and the circular table is essential material for graduate.
