Students who passed blind inspection should prepare for the formal defense. Material should be sent to Mr. Dong in room 105 before May 13 and formal defense would be arranged at the end of May. Students who meet the requirements of scientific research should apply to Mr. Dong before May 13 and submit material B3.
Students should apply this defense in the Dissertation column in teaching management system, and go through the procedure follow the requirements. Detailed defense arrangement would be announced later.

Each Student could claim for 2500 reimbursement if he submit 1500 invoice of copy fee or print fee. Reversed version should be submit to room 105 within one week.
